Orange Glass Box Breathes New Life into the Cityscape

概述
Overview
極氪中心展廳設計項目位于中國最繁華的十字路口之一的五一廣場街區。
Situated at the bustling crossroads of Wuyi Square in China, the project breaks away from the conventional commercial design approach.
不同于常規商業邏輯一望而透的處理方式，設計師選擇跳出窠臼，從新的角度重新詮釋事物，極氪中心展廳設計以一個“懸浮的”橙色透明盒體從室外貫通進室內，通過極具張力的色彩和結構，豐富了城市界面并開啟與街區的對話。
Rather than following traditional see-through logics, the designers dared to think outside the box and offer a fresh interpretation. The result is a stunning suspending orange transparent box that connects the exterior and interior. The bold design not only enriches the urban landscape, but also initiates a dialogue with the neighborhood through its tense colors and unique structure.
立面和結構
Facade and Structure
極氪中心展廳設計建筑立面的框架與結構被極大的簡化，材料語言的統一性加強了色彩的張力對比，大廳前部的挑空處理，讓懸挑的橙色玻璃盒子體塊得以貫穿進室內，構成了豐富的空間層次，也為空間注入了品牌精神力與趣味性。
The building’s facade boasts a simplified yet striking frame and structure. The use of consistent materials enhances the dramatic color contrast, while the hollow structure of the lobby creates a pathway for the suspending orange glass box to penetrate into the interior. It adds depth and complexity to the space and effectively injects the brand’s spirit and playfulness.
不拘泥于傳統思路，將品牌色與建筑形式相結合，極氪中心展廳設計以此回應品牌和城市年輕時尚的文化特點。
By combining the brand’s color with the architectural form, the design caters to the youthful and fashionable culture of both the brand and the city, breaking free from the traditional approach.
The orange glass box extends into the interior, creating a complex spatial hierarchy that adds depth and character to the design.
